Have a spreadsheet showing your week schedule and set some goals for that period.
For example, if you need to deal with a ticketing system perhaps you have been given a number of tickets to resolve per day/week or you can make your own goal for how many tickets you want to resolve, open, etc.
The picture on the side is part of my personal spreadsheet at work.
The first line shows my personal goal for ticket per day from Monday to Friday and the total at the end of that work week.
The second line shows how many I have achieved for that day.
The last column shows the sum for each line.
This will help you to keep track of your performance and give you extra information for when you have to do your performance review with your line manager.
