On the little user icon, you'll find your system username, which has been created either by your organisation's Unit4 support team or another team, depending on your organisation's process.
This username is important for signing in to your Unit4 account. However, if your organisation uses single sign-on, you won't need it as often, though it will always be visible at the top right of your Unit4 screen.
