This will be a demand usually coming from the HR team.
You will create the work schedule from the Project Management menu.
First, check from the "Day Type Master file" if the time that will be used are already set up.
Column named “Norm.” must be checked for each line to activate it.
Go to the "Work Schedule" window to create a new one.
You will assign a reference number for it in the “Work schedule” field and give a description on the field beside it.
Usually there is a logic to follow so if needed click F9 from the first field and then F7 and check what is already set up in your system and what is the standard used.
After adding a description, set the status to “Active”.
You will then add a line for each day of the week and specify what is the time worked or if there is a non-working day or weekend.
Once you’ve finished adding all the relevant information save your work (F12).
When saving it, the system will ask you if you want to generate other work schedules based on this set up.
If you say yes, it will create the same work schedule but with the data for week 2 on week 1.
Check the description as it will just replicate what was showing on the first work schedule.
