Back Office’s path: Project Management> Project Costing and Billing> Fixed Registers> Personal Work Schedule> Holidays.
Web’s path: Project Management > Work Schedule > Fixed Registers> Holidays.
Add a line and fill in the Date field and the New Day Type. Then, add another line to indicate that it is a Non-working day.
Enter a single holiday for each line.
Before adding the bank holiday, make sure the attribute is already set up under “Day Type Variant,” which can also be found under Fixed Registers.
In the Day Type Variant screen, you will find the attribute value for each day type, e.g.: BH (Bank Holidays), NW (Non Working Days), etc., according to what your organisation has set up. You should use the same reference/attribute value when adding dates on the Holidays screen.
To check which holidays have been added for a specific year, fill in the Holiday Register field and the Year field, then click Load if you are using the Web environment.
For Back Office, filter by the Holiday Register and scroll down to find the information.
