Clearing the Cache

Clearing the cache is beneficial because it improves performance by freeing up storage space and speeding up load times. It ensures you see the most recent versions of content, which is important for tasks requiring up-to-date information. 

Additionally, it helps troubleshoot and fix errors by removing corrupted or conflicting data that can cause apps or browsers to malfunction. 

From the top right menu and click on your Username > About Unit4

A new window will pop up, and you will click Clear the Cache > OK. 

Then, log out completely and then log back in.

Rebooting your machine after clearing your Unit4 cache will help refresh the system, fix minor glitches, and improve performance.
